Absolutely the best dentist I have been to and best patient care I have ever received! Dr. Simmons was super sweet and also his assistant I can’t remember her name! But she had blonde hair and they made you feel very welcome. I came in with a chipped tooth and road rash on my lips and they were very considerate and gentle working around it! and left with a new crown and awesome looking tooth within a hour and a half! Super quick there was absolutely no waiting around for doctors!

My entire experience from scheduling an appointment, exam , treatment and even the exchange with my dentist and hygienist Cassie was 5 STARS!!!! I have finally found a dental office I can stick with! Due to some semi-recent bad experiences, I’ve put off dental Appointments due to anxiety. Laci, my hygienist was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, understanding, super friendly and very informative. Dr. Stephen was really nice, too. I’m actually looking forward to going back in 6 months for my next cleaning! They eased all my anxieties. The front desk staff and the lady that came and got me from the waiting room were nice, as well!

Dr. Simmons: I think here at Windstone, we really try to focus on customer service. You know, it's important to be a good dentistry, but it's important to treat the patient not just their teeth. You know, they have all kind of needs. We try to, you know, make sure they're healthy in all ways. But we want to make sure that they're getting all their questions answered, that they're understanding what we're doing, why we're doing it, you know, what to expect. So, I really feel that customer service is one of our strengths.
Dr. Kamren Joe Cooner: We love our patients. Being able to serve our community really well. The joy it brings to us, to be able to give back to our community, especially in this area and all branches. It's very rewarding.
Woman: I've been coming to Dr. Joe a long time. He walks in the room. He doesn't get to business right away. He calls me by name. He asks about my family. He ask about my boys. He's watched them grow up, and he is genuinely interested in what they're doing.
Man 1: Well, one of the things, I love the service. They have excellent staff. I just love the atmosphere. Very homey. Family-like atmosphere that brought me here and kept me here.
