This is a very professional establishment. The moment I entered I was greeted with smiles , & happy faces. Everyone was polite and it showed in everything they did. I had an appointment with Dr. Sinclair of Windstone Dental in Southaven, Ms. today! To say I am thrilled with my visit is an understatement. Dr. Sinclair and his assistant performed the most thorough Dental assessment I have ever had in my 78 years. He is very personable, and very tuned in to his patient's needs and, the plan he developed for my care was agreed upon with no surprises. He is very kind and most importantly gentle, never once any pain. He is truly the best dentist I have visited. He is also a veteran, so we vets need to support him. The entire staff and administration at Windstone Dental is super nice, and I highly recommend Dr. Sinclair and his team. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Dental School with high honors. I have found my new dentist!!

I Love Windstone’s dental; from the moment; I walk in they make you feel at home. They were on point; didn’t sit waiting in the waiting room but 2 minutes; when I got to the room. They explained everything they were going to do. Kept me up dated on what they was waiting on . Dr. Simmons: I think here at Windstone, we really try to focus on customer service. You know, it's important to be a good dentistry, but it's important to treat the patient not just their teeth. You know, they have all kind of needs. We try to, you know, make sure they're healthy in all ways. But we want to make sure that they're getting all their questions answered, that they're understanding what we're doing, why we're doing it, you know, what to expect. So, I really feel that customer service is one of our strengths.
Dr. Kamren Joe Cooner: We love our patients. Being able to serve our community really well. The joy it brings to us, to be able to give back to our community, especially in this area and all branches. It's very rewarding.
Woman: I've been coming to Dr. Joe a long time. He walks in the room. He doesn't get to business right away. He calls me by name. He asks about my family. He ask about my boys. He's watched them grow up, and he is genuinely interested in what they're doing.
Man 1: Well, one of the things, I love the service. They have excellent staff. I just love the atmosphere. Very homey. Family-like atmosphere that brought me here and kept me here.
Man 2: Well, they're wonderful. You know, they communicate really well about what I need, and then what's actually going to happen. But they were very good about telling me what was going to happen and then doing what they said they were going to do.

I would definitely say that Windstone here with Dr. Joe, and with Sierra, and the other staff member Michelle. And all those, you would actually not regret allowing them to take a part in your life. That's just that important because our teeth are important for us, and you will be in perfect hands.
