Staff and Dentists are always professional, caring and courteous. They go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. I feel at ease in their hands bc I trust them. Positive experiences each time I go in. Wait time in lobby < less than 3min! And the 2 times thru the years that I've come to them when in pain; I never even sat in a lobby chair & they are taking me back to an exam room immediately. If only my primary care physician & the specialist I see were like Windstone! Windstone Dental is the BEST! I transitioned my son as an older teen to their practice too. You can have confidence that they know how to care for your older teens. Dr. Hansen was amazing. I had to bring my toddler in for the visit and rhe staff could not have been more accommodating. At one point when my child began to whine and cry one of their staff came right up and began to calm amd read to my child while I was in the chair. 10/10 customer service, very impressed.

Dr. Simmons: I think here at Windstone, we really try to focus on customer service. You know, it's important to be a good dentistry, but it's important to treat the patient not just their teeth. You know, they have all kind of needs. We try to, you know, make sure they're healthy in all ways. But we want to make sure that they're getting all their questions answered, that they're understanding what we're doing, why we're doing it, you know, what to expect. So, I really feel that customer service is one of our strengths.
Dr. Kamren Joe Cooner: We love our patients. Being able to serve our community really well. The joy it brings to us, to be able to give back to our community, especially in this area and all branches. It's very rewarding.
Woman: I've been coming to Dr. Joe a long time. He walks in the room. He doesn't get to business right away. He calls me by name. He asks about my family. He ask about my boys. He's watched them grow up, and he is genuinely interested in what they're doing.
Man 1: Well, one of the things, I love the service. They have excellent staff. I just love the atmosphere. Very homey. Family-like atmosphere that brought me here and kept me here.

I would definitely say that Windstone here with Dr. Joe, and with Sierra, and the other staff member Michelle. And all those, you would actually not regret allowing them to take a part in your life. That's just that important because our teeth are important for us, and you will be in perfect hands.
